Between model, precarious sculpture, and relief map, the work "Stratégie de l’inquiétude" appears as a contemporary "vanity". It manifests the artist's paradoxical desire to represent something impossible to circumscribe and materialize, both in form and color. A frozen and immobile fragment of the elusive entirety that is the moving sea, the work articulates beyond its metaphorical image, the artist's approach – the strategy – and position, the unease, facing the world: an inseparable mix of hope and doubt, lucidity and utopia.
